摘　　要：目的了解武汉市基层医疗机构妇产科医院感染管理现状,为加强医院感染管理工作。方法采用现场调查和采样检测方法,对35所基层医疗机构妇产科医院感染管理、消毒隔离状况进行了调查。结果在所调查的35所医疗机构妇产科中,医院感染管理专职人员配备率为14.3%。压力蒸汽灭菌操作人员只有57.1%持上岗证,压力蒸汽灭菌生物监测率为26.5%,其灭菌效果检测合格率为97.0%。共采集各种消毒对象样品174份,消毒效果平均总合格率为97.7%。结论武汉市基层医疗机构妇产科医院感染管理有待加强,但消毒质量总合格率较高。Objective To survey the situation of hospital infection management in obsterics and gynecology of Wuhan primary health centers in order to improve the management quality.Methods Field survey and sampling examination were conducted in obsterics and gynecology of 35 primary health centers to survey the management of hospital infections and effect of disinfection and sterilization.Results 14.3% of institutions had professionals for hospital infection management;57.1% of institutions had persons with special training on autoclave sterilization.The biological monitoring rate of autoclave sterilizer was 26.5% and the qualified rate of autoclave sterilizer monitor indexes was 97.0%.174 samples were collected from various types of disinfection objects and the average disinfection qualified rate was 97.7%.Conclusion The management of hospital infections in obsterics and gynecology of Wuhan primary health centers should be strengthened and the average disinfection qualified rate is high.
