摘　　要：目的了解基层医院洁净手术室空气质量,改进医院消毒与控制措施。方法采用自然沉降法采样方法,并通过全国医院感染—消毒监测网收集资料,对天门市部分监测网内医院洁净手术部室内空气质量进行了调查。结果从2009年3月-2011年3月采集该地区基层医院洁净手术室空气样990份,手术区空气洁净度平均合格率为44.7%,周边区平均合格率为71.8%。2009年与2010年度,该地区基层医院普通手术室内空气卫生质量平均合格率分别为95.2%和100%。结论该地区基层医院洁净手术室空气质量合格率较低,需要加强验收和监督监测。Objective To know the air quality of the operating room in primary hospital so as to improve the hospital disinfection and control measures.Methods The natural depositing method was conducted to collect air samples from the clean operating room in part of hospitals in Tianmen.The data were collected on the monitoring network of national nosocomial infection and disinfection.Results Of the 990 air samples detected from clean operating room from March 2009 to March 2011,the average qualified rate was 44.7% in the clean operating areas and 71.8% in surrounding areas.The average qualified rate of air hygienic quality of the operating room in this area was 95.2% in 2009 and 100% in 2010.Conclusion The qualified rate of air samples was low in the clean operating room.Detection,supervision and monitor should be strengthened in this area.
