摘　　要：根据《内经》相关条文从病性判断、得气标准、针具选择、针刺深浅、留针时间5个方面探讨针刺刺激量,提出针灸临床应仔细审求辨证论治、综合判断得气指征、合理选择针灸器具、准确把握针刺深浅、适度控制留针时间。Effective stimulation is an important factor of acupunctrue.According to Canon of Medicine,it is discussed in five aspects which are judgement of pathogenesis,standardof arrivalof Qi,choice of needle,depth and length of acupuncture.The conclution is mentioned that syndrome differentiation and treatment,judging the arrival of Qi,choosing needles,and controling the depth and the length of acupuncture reasonably play an important role in clinical practice.
