摘　　要：中国重卡业由＂大＂到＂强＂的历史性转折就是要赶超重卡强国,成为与它们并驾齐驱的伙伴。赶超意味着对世界重卡业的发展作出具有推动力的贡献。哪里是我们赶超的突破口呢？笔者认为,高效的制度有可能成为中国对世界重卡业推动性的贡献,可以成为实现赶超的一个突破口。As a matter of fact,the overall goal of being a powerful and prosperous is to make china heavy-duty truck industry catch up and surpass other international heavy-duty giants,and become their counterpart of same strength and power.Author believed that China's system of high efficiency is deemed to attribute productively great to the development of world heavy-duty truck industry,which is regarded as a breakthrough in the effort of catching-up and surpassing.
