摘　　要：采用金相和扫描电镜分析研究了锑、镁在铝硅合金中的存在形式和变质机制。结果表明，锑、镁在铝硅合金熔体中主要以Ｍｇ_３Ｓｂ_２的形式存在，在凝固过程中，Ｍｇ_３Ｓｂ_２作为共晶硅的异质核心，促进共晶硅相的形核，从而达到了变质的目的。Modification mechanism and existing form of Sb and Mg in Al-Si alloy were studied by using optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that Sb and Mg exist as the form of Mg_3Sb_2 Mg_3Sb_2 as heterogeneous nucleation of eutectic silicon promotes nucleation of eutectic silicon and hence realize the modification aim during solidification process.
