摘　　要：根据交交变频同步电动机阻尼绕组损坏的故障现象,根据阻尼绕组工作特性,分析了故障产生的主要原因,提出对阻尼端环结构、阻尼条装配形式等改进措施,实施后消除了原电动机存在的缺陷和隐患,并对轧钢用凸极交交变频同步电动机的设计方案改进和完善具有较高的参考价值。Investigating the damage of cycloconverter-fed synchronous motor damper winding,following the working characteristics of damper winding,the author analyzes the main reasons for the failure and puts forward improvement measures for damper end ring structure and damper bar assembly method,which after being taken eliminated the defect and hidden trouble in motor.The paper provides reference for the design plan improvement of salient pole cycloconverter-fed synchronous motor in rolling mill.
