摘　　要：阐述国内氯碱产业的现状、存在的问题,提出氯碱产业产品结构调整的思路,建议氯碱企业改造、利用现有的PVC装置部分转产三氯乙烯或四氯乙烯,利用邻近港口地域条件、原料资源丰富和生产成本低的优势,生产环氧氯丙烷、漂粉精、水合肼、氯化法钛白粉、多晶硅等氯碱下游产品。The present situation of chlor-alkali industry in China and the existed problems are expounded. The ideas for adjusting product structure in chlor-alkali industry are proposed. It is suggested that chlor-alkali enterprises should transform or utilize the existing PVC facilities to produce tri/ tetrachloroethylene and take advantage of the regional condition of neighboring ports, abundant raw material resource and low production cost to produce the downstream products of chlor-alkali, such as epoxy chloropropane, bleaching powder concentrate, hydrazine hydrate, chlorination-process titanium white powder, polycrystalline silicon and so on.
