感冒清胶囊质量标准的研究

摘　　要：目的:提高感冒清胶囊的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对处方中的岗梅进行了鉴别;用HPLC法测定了穿心莲叶中穿心莲叶的主要成分脱水穿心莲内酯的含量。结果:在TLC色谱中检出岗梅;脱水穿心莲内酯在0.1～1.6μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.39%,RSD为0.64%(n=6)。结论:定性、定量方法均简便、专属、准确,能有效控制感冒清胶囊的质量。Objective ： To study on quality standard of Ganmaoqing Capsules. Methods ： Roughaired Hollyin in Ganmaoqing Capsules were identified by TLC. The content of dehydroandrographolide was determinded by HPLC. Results： Roughaired Hollyin could be identified by TLC. The calibration curve of dehydroandrographolide was linear in the range of 0. 1-1.6 μg （ r = 0. 9999）. The average recovery was 99. 39% and RSD was 0. 64% （n =6）. Conclusion： The method is simple, specific and accurate and can be used effectively for the quality control of Ganmaoqing Capsules.
