活体肾移植供者手术前后生活状况随访调查

摘　　要：调查分析活体供肾供者术后的肾功能及生活质量情况。选取在309医院于2008年行亲属活体供肾移植的供者68例以及随机抽取的同期健康人68名为研究对象。于移植术前、术后7天和1年对研究对象采用调查问卷调查供者的健康状况和临床检验的方式分析肾功能的情况。结果供者术前、术后7 d及1 a的生活质量与健康人相比在统计学意义上无显著性的差异(P>0.05);供者术后7 d血清肌酐(SCr)、24 h蛋白尿(24 hSP)均高于术前,但未超过正常范围;肾小球滤过率(GFR)、肌酐清除率(CCr)均有所下降。但1 a后上述4个指标基本恢复到术前水平,而且与健康人相比在统计学意义上无显著性的差异(P>0.05)。活体供肾移植供者在切除单侧肾脏后肾功能未见减退,生活质量与健康人群相比显著性差异。To investigate the postoperative renal function and life quality of living donors in kidney transplantation,research included 68 donors who accepted living-donor kidney transplant in 309 hospital in 2008 and 68 random healthy people in the same period.Before the transplantation and at postoperation 7 days and 1 year,the health status of donors using the questionnaire survey and detected the renal function via clinical testing are studied It is resulted that life quality of living donors at preoperation,postoperation 7 days and 1 year is no significant difference compared to healthy people（P0.05）.In the group of living-donors,the serum creatinine（SCr） at postoperation 7 days,24-hour proteinuria（24h SP） higher than those before operation,but not exceeding the normal range.Glomerular filtration rate（GFR）,creatinine clearance rate（CCr） significantly decreased.However,after operation 1 year the four indicators return to preoperative levels and there are no significant difference compared to healthy people（P0.05）.It is conclused that renal function of living donors did not significantly decline after kidney transplantation.There are no significant difference between living donors and healthy people in the quality of live.
