时效硬化型塑料模具扁钢P80R表面轧制裂纹原因分析

摘　　要：通过生产试验、金相分析等手段,结合钢的化学成分和生产工艺对时效硬化型塑料模具扁钢成品表面轧制裂纹问题进行了探讨。研究结果表明P80R钢表面轧制裂纹是由于扁坯开坯轧制时产生了过热组织造成的,与钢的化学成分及表面液态Cu富集并无直接关系。通过采取合适的工艺措施,可成功解决P80R钢轧制表面裂纹问题。By means of production test,metallographic examination,combined with the chemical composition of the steel and production process,the surface rolling crack problems of aging hardening plastic die steel was discussed.The results show that the surface rolling crack of P80R steel was due to the overheated tissue during rolling cast blanking,and the chemical composition and the liquid Cu enrichment on the surface was not directly related to it.By taking the appropriate technical measures the rolling surface crack problems of P80R steel thoroughly can be solved.
