非那雄胺对减少经尿道前列腺等离子电切术中出血的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨术前服用非那雄胺对经尿道前列腺等离子体切除术术中出血的影响。方法将符合入选标准的67例前列腺增生患者随机分成两组,实验组(35例)术前服用非那雄胺10mg1周,对照组(32例)术前未服用非那雄胺,对两组PKRP患者的围术期临床资料进行比较。结果 67例PKRP术均获得成功。与对照组比较,药物组的术中出血量、操作时间、术中灌洗液量均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前服用非那雄胺能减少PKRP术中出血。Objective To evaluate the effect of finasteride on perioperative bleeding following plasmakinetic resection of prostate.Methods 67 patients with BPH were scheduled for PKRP,35 of them were received 5 mg of finasteride daily for one week before surgery and the other 32 patients were as contro1.A comparative study of clinical data was made between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,the operating time,intraoperative blood loss,intraoperative irrigating fluid volume in finasteride group were significantly less（P0.05）.Conclusion The use of finastefide before PKRP can reduce postoperative bleeding.
