肾炎康复片治疗特发性膜性肾病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察肾炎康复片治疗膜性肾病的临床疗效。方法将60例I～II期膜性肾病患者随机分为2组,分别检测2组治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量、血压、血肌酐等,对照组30例给予西医常规(以代文为主要药物)治疗,治疗组30例在西医常规治疗的同时给予肾炎康复片治疗,6个月后评价临床疗效。结果总有效率治疗组86.7%,对照组57.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组的24h尿蛋白低于对照组(P<0.05),2组血压、血肌酐差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肾炎康复片能有效降低特发性膜性肾病患者蛋白尿,短期使用无毒副作用。Objective To evaluate the effect of Shenyankangfu tablet on IMN.Methods 60 patients diagnosed as IMN stage I～II were randomly divided into two groups.24 hour urinary protein,blood pressure and creatinine of 2 groups were determined before and after treatment.The control group（30 patients） was treated with Diovan 160 mg once a day orally,the treated group（30 patients） was treated with Shenyankangfu tablet on the basis of treatment before,After six months course of treatment,the effect was evaluated.Results The total effective rates were 86.7% for treated group and 57.3% for control group（P0.01）,the level of 24 hour urinary protein in treated group was lower than in control group（P0.05）.There was no statistical significance between 2 groups in creatinine and blood pressure（P0.05）.Conclusion Shenyankangfu tablet can reduce proteinuria in IMN patients,non-toxic side effect in short-term.
