摘　　要：本文评述了当前细胞凋亡研究中存在的普遍问题和主要热点领域 ,并重点论述了半胱天冬酶 - 3( caspase- 3)和 Bcl- 2之间的相互关系 ,对细胞凋亡调控研究的现状以及以凋亡机制中关键性蛋白为靶标的新药设计等热点领域最新进展 .Several highlighted points in the researches of apoptosis were reviewed, including the main problems ignored by apoptosis researchers, the latest advances on the correlation between Bcl 2 and capase 3, the regulation of apoptosis and new drug designs on the basis of three dimensional structure of the key proteins in the regulation of apoptosis.
