胰岛素抵抗与高血压左室肥厚的关系

摘　　要：目的 :探讨胰岛素抵抗在高血压LVH形成中的作用。方法 :选择 5 0例高血压病人和 14例正常人为对照组 ,行超声心动图检查 ,根据Devereux公式计算左室重量指数 ,按LVMI】12 5g/m2 (男 )或 】110g/m2 (女 )为左室肥厚(LVH)的诊断标准 ,将高血压病人分为高血压左心室肥厚组 (n =16 )和非左心室肥厚组 (n =34 ) ,观察三组外周静脉血中血清葡萄糖浓度、血清胰岛素浓度、血清C肽浓度。结果 :高血压左心室肥厚组胰岛素抵抗比非左心室肥厚组重 ,直线相关分析 ,血清胰岛素浓度与左室重量指数成正相关。结论Objective:To investigate the relation between insulin resistance and hypertensive lift ventricular hypertrophy.Methods:50 hypertensive patients and 14 men(control group) are chosen.They are examined by echocardiography.Hypertensive patients are divided into left ventricular hypertrophy group (n=16) and non-left ventricular hypertrophy group (n=34).The level of serum glucose\,insulin\,C-peptide in peripheral venous blood are measured.Result:insulin resistance is more serious in left ventricular hypertrophy group than in non-left ventricular hypertrophy group and insulin are positively correlated to left ventricular mass index.Conclusion:insulin resistance play some role in the pathogenesis of hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy.
