摘 要:介绍了一维电偶腐蚀体系的等效电路模型和其理论推导。指出金属在腐蚀介质中的极化电阻数据的正确测量和数据选用直接影响到用等效电路模型模拟的可靠性。介绍了分段线性拟合的方法;对实际电位分布的相关性分析得出分段线性拟合法比平均极化阻率法相关程度更高。通过实验验证了这种模型在由溶解氧为控制过程的体系和活性腐蚀体系中的适用性,并且得到了良好的效果。The paper introduces the equivalent circuit model and its theoretical derivation of one- dimensional galvanic corrosion system. The reliability of equivalent circuit model simulation can be directly affected by accurate measurement and choice of polarization resistance data of metal in electrolyte. The paper also introduce piecewise linear fitting method. The degree of correlation of piecewise linear fitting method is higher compared with average polarization resistance method through analysis of correlation of actual potential distribution. The experiments indicate the feasibility of the equivalent circuit model in the oxygen diffusion controlled system and the active corrosion system, which has achieved good agreement.
