摘  要:以物料平衡和热平衡为理论基础,构建了转炉冶炼静态控制模型。根据原料条件和冶炼钢种进行转炉优化配料计算,利用氧步控制转炉的造渣过程,实现了钢液平稳升温、降低钢液喷溅事故、提高钢液收得率等目的。同时,通过优化出钢过程中合金的使用效率,节约了转炉冶炼成本。On basement of material balance and heat balance, static control model in BOF steelmaking was estab- lished in this paper. According to the material conditions and the aim at smelt type of steel, optimized ingredients was calculated for smelting in converter. During the smelting, converter slag was controlled through oxygen supplied steeply to achieve smooth increasing of temperature of molten steel, lower accidents of molten steel splashes and higher yield of liquid steel. Moreover, application efficiency of alloys was optimized during the process of steel-tap- ping,therefore the cost of steelmaking was saved.
