摘　　要：通过新型村镇装配砌体墙片在低周反复水平荷载作用下力学性能的试验研究,研究了墙体的破坏形态,分析了墙体的延性,建立了墙体的滞回曲线、骨架曲线。与传统钢筋混凝土圈梁构造柱墙体、普通砖素墙体以及其他材料砖墙的力学性能相比,新型村镇装配砌体能满足抗震性能的要求,可以推广使用。Through the new towns assembly masonry wall piece of horizontal low cyclic load mechanicat properties test study, study the damage form of the wall, and analyzes the ductility of the wall, set up the wall of hysteresis curve, skeleton curve. And the traditional reinforced concrete walls, ordinary brick post ring beam, wall body and other material mechanics performance of the brick wall, coMPared to the new towns assembly can meet seismic ma- sonry of performance requirements,which can be used.
