紫花苜蓿品种间耐湿性的比较研究

摘　　要：对14个紫花苜蓿品种进行多湿处理,观察其对种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:在种子发芽期和幼苗生长期进行多湿处理后,种子发芽率、种子根长、幼芽长、幼苗成活率和幼苗株高均比对照有所下降,品种间的差异具有统计学意义.综合评价表明,渝苜1号、新疆火焰山和陇东苜蓿等3个品种表现出较强的耐湿力.The waterlogging tolerance of 14 alfalfa （Medicago sativa L. ） varieties in the geminating and the seedling periods was investigated. The results showed that germination rate, seed root length, bud length, the survival rate of seedlings and seedling height under waterlogging stress decreased compared with the control and significant inter-varietal differences were observed. Comprehensive evaluation indica- ted that of the varieties studied, Yumu No. 1, Huoyanshan and Longdong were fairly waterlogging resist- ant.
