摘  要:以白魔芋等4种魔芋资源为材料,对其裂片及表皮细胞进行形态学比较研究,结果表明:白魔芋裂片披针形,尖端长尾状,钝齿状叶缘,表皮细胞含丰富内含物;花魔芋裂片卵圆形,尖端渐尖,基部左侧偏大,叶缘浅波状,气孔器呈平行型排列;珠芽魔芋裂片椭圆形,皱波状叶缘,基部盾圆,表皮细胞为4种资源最大;甜魔芋裂片卵状三角形,尖端盾尖,气孔器呈不等型排布.Morphological comparison and study made of the leaves and epidermal cells of four Amor phophallus species show that the leaf of A. albus is lanceolate in shape, its tips are tail like, its margins are blunt dentate, and its epidermal cells contain abundant inclusion; the leaf A. konjac is ovate in shape, its tips are acuminate, its margins are light wave like, the left side of its base is wider than the right side, and the stomata in their epidermal cells are arranged in parallel; the leaf of A. bulbifer is oval in shape, its margins are wavedike, its base is blunt round, and its the leaf of A. dunnii is ovate-triangular in shape, its arranged in its epidermal cells epidermal ceils are the largest of the 4 species; and tips are blunt sharp and the stomata are irregularly arranged in its epidermal cells.
