摘  要:该文研究了5种树脂对翅果油树叶片多糖的静态吸附及解析性能,选取出一种吸附和解析效果均较好的树脂进行了动态试验研究.结果表明:AB-8树脂对翅果油树叶片多糖的吸附和解析效果较好;AB-8树脂在吸附时间为100min,吸附液为30℃,pH值为7,最佳上样量与树脂比例为6∶1,吸附流速为1mL/min时吸附效果较好.用40mL的蒸馏水洗脱效果最好,洗脱率可达82.095%.对AB-8树脂的再生性能进行研究表明,树脂重复使用4次,其吸附能力仍较为稳定.Performance of static adsorption and desorption of five macroporous resins for the polysaccha- rides in the laminae of Elaeagnus mollis was studied, and one of them, AB-8, was selected for a dynamic experiment. The results showed that AB-8 had better absorption and desorption of polysaccharides than the other resins. With an adsorption time of 100 min, a temperature of 30℃, a pH of 7, the best ratio of column volume to resin of 6 : 1 and a flow rate of 1 mL/min, AB-8 gave desirable results. The best elu- tion solvent was 40 mL distilled water, and its recovery rate was 82. 0950/oo. The adsorption capacity of AB-8 remained relatively stable even when the resin was re-used 4 times.
