瘀浊清颗粒对女性高血压患者性功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:评价以化瘀浊益肝肾法组成的瘀浊清颗粒对女性高血压患者性功能的影响。方法:60例患者按数字表法随机分为治疗组28例(硝苯地平控释片30mg/d+琥珀酸美托洛尔25mg,bid+瘀浊清颗粒1包,tid.)和对照组29例(硝苯地平控释片30mg/d+琥珀酸美托洛尔25mg,bid)。观察患者血压变化、性功能评估及安全性评估。结果:治疗组的降压总有效率为85.71%,对照组总有效率为82.76%,组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组性欲指数、性交满意度指数治疗前后比较有统计学意义(P<0.01),性唤起功能指数比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,性欲指数、性唤起功能指数、性交满意度指数、高潮指数均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);2组治疗前后雌二醇水平均有升高、睾酮水平均有降低,自身比较差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,雌二醇升高和睾酮降低的幅度均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:瘀浊清颗粒除有降压疗效确切外,且能改善女性高血压患者的性功能,提高高血压患者的生活质量。Objective： To evaluate impact of Yuzhuqing Granules, formulated according to the therapeutic methods of turbid stasis-resol- ving, liver kidney nourishing, on sexual function of female hypertension patients. Methods： Sixty patients were randomized according to digit table to treatment group （n = 28, Nifedipine 30mg/d plus Metroprolol succinate 25mg, bid plus Yuzhuqing Granules lpaekage, tid. ） and control group （n = 29 Nifedipine 30mg/d plus Metroprolol succinate 25mg,bid） , changes of blood pressure , sexual function and patient safety were observed. Methods：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.71% , compared to 82.76% that of the control group （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; sexual index and sexual intercourse satisfaction were significantly different in the treatment group prior to and after treatment （P 〈 0.01 ） , so was sexual arousal index （P 〈 0.05 ） ; Compared with the following index of the control group, sexual in- dex, sexual arousal index, sexual intercourse satisfaction index, orgasm index were significantly different （P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0. 01 ） ; Both groups had increased estradiol level and decreased ketone level after treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Compared with the index of the control group, the treatment group has higher estradiol level and lower ketone level （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion：In addition to confirmed efficacy for hyper- tension, Yuzhuqing Granules can improve sexual function in female hypertension patients, and improve life quality of the patients.
