经面罩BiPAP通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并高碳酸血症疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨经面罩BiPAP通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并高碳酸血症临床疗效。方法:应用面罩BiPAP通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并高碳酸血症患者14例。结果:14例患者中经面罩BiPAP通气,气促、气急等临床症状明显缓解,缺氧症状迅速消失。2例意识不清的患者经过通气1小时后,意识清晰。通气治疗前后的血气分析(PO2/mmHg、PCO2/mmHg、pH)变化比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:经面罩BiPAP通气治疗COPD并重度高碳酸血症临床疗效显著。Objective：To investigate the treatment of BiPAP ventilation via face mask with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined hypercapnia clinical efficacy.Methods：From April 2010 to December 2011 application mask BiPAP ventilation in the treatment of 14 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with patients with hypercapnia.Results：14 patients mask BiPAP ventilation,shortness of breath,shortness of breath and other clinical symptoms significantly alleviate the symptoms of hypoxia,is fast disappearing.Two cases of consciousness in patients with clear consciousness after ventilation for 1 hour.Ventilation before and after treatment,blood gas analysis（PO2/mmHg,PCO2/mmHg in pH）change more significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of mask BiPAP ventilation both the treatment of COPD and high hypercapnic respiratory failure,and worthy of promotion.
