子宫B-Lynch缝合术在剖宫产术中产后出血中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨子宫B-Lynch缝合术在剖宫产术中产后出血中的治疗价值。方法:回顾性分析近年32例子宫B-Lynch缝合术治疗剖宫产术中产后出血病例的临床资料。结果:观察组手术时间为48.6±9.6分,术后24小时内出血量354.4±110.7ml,明显小于对照组。观察组治疗有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:B-Lynch缝合是剖宫产宫缩乏力性产后出血的有效止血方法,安全简便。Objective： To explore the therapeutic value of uterine B - Lynch sutura in postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section. Methods： The clinical data of 32 patients with postpartum hemorrhage treated by uterine B -Lynch sutura were analyzed retrospectively during cesarean section in recent two years. Results：Operative time was 48. 6 ± 9. 6min and hemorrhage volume was 354.4-110. Tml in the observation group that was obviously lower than that in the control group during 24 hours after the operation and effective power in the observation group（93.75% ） was extremely higher than that in the control group with statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： B - Lynch sutura is an effective, safe and convenient hemostatic way to treat postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia after uterine -incision delivery and it is worth of being generalized in the basic hospitals.
