摘　　要：目的了解综合性医院就诊患者的HIV/AIDS流行情况及临床特点,提高医务人员对AIDS的认识。方法回顾性地收集2005年1月～2011年5月住院的HIV/AIDS患者临床资料,采用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行数据处理。结果在该院住院的HIV/AIDS患者以中青年男性居多,传播途径以同性性传播为主(35.85%);首诊科室主要分布在感染科(74.52%)和呼吸科(7.5%);入院临床症状以发热、乏力、咳嗽咳痰最为常见;65.09%的患者合并机会性感染;实验室检测中除缺失数据外,有50%的患者CD4<100个/UL,50.48%的患者白细胞异常,66.99%的患者血小板异常,肝功检测中26.67%的患者ALT异常;影像学显示多以肺部炎性改变或淋巴结肿大常见。结论 HIV/AIDS患者临床表现复杂多变,医务人员应进一步提高对AIDS的诊断技术,以减少误诊、漏诊。Objective To describe the epidemic and clinical characteristics of HIV/AIDS in general hospital and improve the understanding of AIDS among medical workers.Methods Information of HIV/AIDS who were hospitalized from January 2005 to May 2011 was retrospectively collected,data processing work was worked on SPSS 13.0 software.Results Among the hospitalized HIV/AIDS patients,the majority was middle-aged men and the primary transmission mode was men who have sex with men which reached 35.85%;the primary diagnosed department was mainly infection（74.52%） and respiratory department（7.5%）;the most common clinical symptoms were fever,lack of power and cough sputum;65.09% had combined opportunistic infection;except the missing data in laboratory testing,CD4100个/UL counted for 50%,50.48% with white cell abnormal,66.99%with platelet abnormal,26.67% with ALT abnormal in liver detection.Imaging revealed that the comment were lung inflammatory change or lymph node enlargement.Conclusion With the diverse and complex changeable in clinical characteristics,health workers should improve diagnosis technology of AIDS in order to reduce misdiagnosis.
