套管针在测定生长激素采血中的探讨

摘　　要：观察传统方法和用留置套管针方法在生长激素缺乏症患儿反复多次采血过程中的运用 ,比较两种方法所需时间 ,发现留置套管针方法采血具有快捷、穿刺点少、减轻患儿痛苦、安全可靠、操作简便易于掌握等优越之处 。Objective To Compare the time of two blood sample collecting methods,routine method and indwelling I.V cannula,for growth hormone detection among children who is with inadequate growth hormone.Method The time cost for the two blood collecting method were measured. Result The time cost for blood collecting by indwelling I.V cannula was less than that of routine method.Conclusion The indwelling I.V cannula was asfe, quick easy to use,few injecting point and alleviating pain method for blood collecting, and is worth to introducing in clinical treatment.
