摘　　要：社会转型加速期大学生社会化的条件发生了深刻的变化,在社会化的内容、模式和目标三方面都出现新的变化。大学生社会化模式由单向进行向双向互动过渡、由线性模式向网状模式转变、由真实社会化向虚拟社会化转变。大学生社会化目标由完全的同一性转变为有个性的发展,由个人和社会目标的分离变为个人和社会目标的统一。社会转型加速期大学生社会化的新变化和新内容,对高校就业教育提出了新的要求。In the period of social transformation, college students＂ socialization condition has produced profound changes. In order to meet the social development, college students have changed in the aspect of social content, mode and goal. The socialization patterns of college students changed from one--way to two--way interaction, by linear pattern to the network pattern, real to virtual. The goal of college students＂ socialization has changed from the completely same target into the development of personality, from separated personal and social objectives into united objectives. With the new content of socialization of college students, the university employment education has to take some measures in the period of social transformation.
