摘  要:连续油管服役条件相当恶劣,有时需要在酸性介质中服役,这极大地加速了管材失效。为给CT80连续油管的选择和使用提供参考,对比研究了国产和进口CT80连续油管的抗HIC性能。结果显示,进口连续油管母材和焊缝纵向、横向试样表面均没有氢鼓泡和裂纹,但母材横向试样剖面出现微裂纹;国产连续油管母材和焊缝纵向、横向试样表面均未出现氢鼓泡和裂纹,剖面也未发现裂纹,对HIC不敏感。As the hard core of coiled tubing operation equipment, coiled tubing usually service in severe condition, sometimes in the acidic medium, so, the tubing failure is accelerated greatly . In order to provide reference for choosing and using CT80 coiled tubing in oil field, it contrastively research the HIC resistance of two CT80 coiled tubing from home and abroad in this article . The HIC results indicated that, on the base metal, longitudinal weld and transverse specimen surface of the imported coiled tubing, hydrogen bubble and cracks are not be detected, but microcracks appear on transverse specimen profile of base metal; on the base metal, longitudinal weld and transverse specimen surface of coiled tubing from China, hydrogen bubble and cracks are not be detected, microcracks do not be detected on transverse specimen profile of base metal. And China domestic coiled tubing is not sensitive to HIC.
