摘  要:介绍了衬塑复合钢管的生产工艺。阐述了衬塑复合钢管普遍出现的塑料管收缩问题,分析了塑料管的尺寸、热胀冷缩、结晶度、交联度、填料和增强料、热熔胶、内应力及切管温度等因素对衬塑复合钢管内衬塑料管收缩现象的影响关系,针对这些影响因素提出了一些解决方法。衬塑钢管用作冷水管时,要通过降低冷却速度,使得内衬塑料管在保持了较高的结晶度的情况下成型;若采用化学交联作为内衬塑料管时,在钢塑复合之前采取措施适当提高内衬塑料管的交联度后再进行衬塑,以降低衬塑后塑料管发生交联反应而产生收缩。In this article, it introduced production process of liner plastic compound steel pipe ; expatiated plastic pipe shrinkage; analyzed the effect on lining plastic pipe shrinkage of liner plastic compound steel pipe from plastic pipe size, expansion and contraction, crystallinity, cross linking degree, filling material and enhanced material, hot melt adhesive, inner stress, cutting pipe temperature, and etc. According to these factors, some solutions were put forward. The liner plastic steel pipe is acted as cold water pipe, it should decrease cooling rate to make lining plastic pipe form under higher crystallinity; if adopting chemical crosslink to act as lining plastic pipe, it should adopt measures to improve cross linking degree, then to conduct lining plastic, in order to decrease shrinkage which caused from cross linking response after lining plastic.
