天津市竞技武术套路后备人才培养困境及对策研究

摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法、调查法和数理统计法等研究方法,对天津市竞技武术套路运动后备人才培养中的教练员现状、运动员现状、竞赛现状、管理经营所面临的困境进行了调查、分析和总结,并对存在的问题提出了建设性的对策,为进一步推动天津市竞技武术套路运动的发展提供理论依据和参考。The paper systematically studies and analyzes the plight of coaches, athletes, matches and management in back-up talents training of competitive Wushu sports in Tianjin through literature review, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics. Then it puts forward constructive suggestions to further promote the sustainable development of competitive Wushu sports in Tianjin and provides a theoretical basis for it.
