摘　　要：为给我国南方枣区优良品种推广及新品种培育提供科学依据,采用ISSR分子标记技术对南方枣优良品种的遗传多样性及亲缘关系进行了研究,结果表明不同品种间亲缘关系与地理来源有密切的关系。In order to provide scientific basis for good varieties extention and breeding new variety in the south of China, the genetic diversity and genetic relationship of jujube cultivars were researched by using ISSR marker techniques. The results showed that the genetic relationship of the jujube cultivars was correlated with their geographical distribution.
