骨半规管的解剖学观测及意义

摘　　要：目的:解剖胎儿内耳骨半规管,为人类学和临床医学提供基础资料。方法:选择经福尔马林固定过的引产八月大胎儿头颅10例。解剖显示骨半规管,测量各骨半规管总骨脚、跨度、高度、弧长、顶点间距、顶点至内耳门距离、顶点至前庭窗距离等参数。结果:骨半规管的跨度、高度、弧长、顶点至内耳门距离、顶点至前庭窗距离依次为:前骨半规管(8.62±0.09)mm、(4.68±0.16)mm、(13.62±0.27)mm、(7.49±0.09)mm、(8.42±0.12)mm;后骨半规管(6.60±0.10)mm、(5.50±0.09)mm、(12.57±0.25)mm、(10.44±0.24)mm、(8.35±0.17)mm;外骨半规管(5.20±0.03)mm、(4.47±0.12)mm、(11.34±0.20)mm、(9.85±0.42)mm、(5.67±0.16)mm;顶点间离距依次为:前后:(11.47±0.07)mm、前外:(8.63±0.21)mm、后外:(6.48±0.06)mm;总骨脚长度为(3.59±0.09)mm。结论:三个骨半规管大小不一。Objective：To provide the basis data for anthropology and clinical practice, the anatomic study of the bony semicircular canals is measured. Methods.. Select 10 big, aborted, eight-month-old fetal heads with formalin fixed. After sclupture bony semicircular canals were demonstrated clearly. The length of total bonefeet, span, height, arc length, the distance between vertex, the distance between vertex to the inner ear gate, the distance between vertex to the vestibular window were measured. Results： Span, height, arc length, the distance between vertex, the distance between vertex to the inner ear gate, the distence between vertex to the vestibular window of three bony semicircular canals was separately：anterior semicircular canals（8.62±0.09） mm,（4.68±0.16） mm,（13.62±0.27） mm,（7.49±0.09） mm,（8.42±0.12） mm; lateral semicircular canals（6.60±0.10） mm,5.50±0.09） mm,（12.57±0.25） mm,（10.44±0.24） mm,（8.35±0.17） mm;posterior semicircular canals（5.20±0.03） ram,（4.47±0.12） mm,（11. 34±0.20） mm,（9.85±0.42） mm,（5.67± 0.16） mm. The distence between vertex of varlous semicircular canals was separately：anterior-posterior（ 11.47 ± 0.07） ram, anterior-laterior：（8. 63±0. 21） mm,poster-laterior： （6.48±0.06） mm. The length of total bone feet. （3.59±0.09） mm. Conclusion： Three bony semicircular canals were not same size.
