摘  要:分析汽车起步阶段离合器动力传递状态,根据离合器换挡过程动力学公式,基于Mat-lab/Simulink仿真软件,建立发动机及离合器的仿真模型。使用不同的发动机油门开度与离合器接合时间进行仿真,得出对应的离合器滑磨功,确定影响汽车起步过程离合器滑磨功的主要因素。采用正交试验对滑磨功影响因素行进分析,得出不同因素对汽车起步过程离合器滑磨功的影响。The power transmission state of clutch in the vehicle start-up process was analyzed in this paper. According to the clutch dynamic formula of gear-shifting, the simulation model of engine and clutch was established by using of Matlab/Simulink software. Different throttle angles and engagement times were used in simulation and the corresponding friction power was obtained. Then the key factors which affect the clutch's friction power in the vehicle start-up process were determined by analysis. Orthogonal test method was used to analyze the factors that affect the friction power and achieved how different factors influence on the clutch' s friction power in the vehicle start-up process.
