摘　　要：为适应未来信息化战争需要,立足培养＂四型＂通用装备保障人才,通过转变教育理念、合理定位人才培养目标、科学设置专业课程体系、加强教学评价,确定一套特色鲜明、符合信息化战争需要的车辆装备（器材）管理工程专业人才培养模式与途径。In order to satisfy the demand of information war, this paper aims at training the＂four-mode＂professional personal, proposes that the training object and specialty course system should be enacted properly, and the teaching object should be strengthen, then a type of bright feature of personal training mode and approach of vehicle equipment management could be suit for demand for information war.
