技术成熟度在美军车辆装备研制中的应用及启示

摘　　要：技术成熟度是一种用于衡量装备研制项目中的关键技术满足项目预期目标程度的度量标准。通过技术成熟度评估能够使项目管理人员和技术研究人员准确掌握关键技术的成熟水平,合理制定技术研究的目标,及时识别项目潜在的技术风险,为项目研制顺利开展提供保证。在介绍美军军车技术成熟度发展现状的基础上,分析了美军车辆装备研制项目技术成熟度评估的主要方法和基本流程,并对我军车辆装备项目研制中开展技术成熟度研究提出了几点启示。Technology maturity is a measure of equipment development project for the key technology to meet the expecta- tions of project metrics. Through technology maturity assessment,the level of technology maturity can be mastered, the technical objective of study can be developed, the potential technical risks of the project can be identified and the smooth implementation of projects research and development can be guaranteed by project managers and technical researchers. Based on introduction of the US military vehicle technology maturity development status, this paper analyzed the main meth- ods and basic processes of the US military vehicle technology maturity assessment, then brought forward some suggestions on the technology maturity assessment of our military vehicle equipment project research and development.
