经皮室间隔心肌化学消融术治疗肥厚型梗阻性心肌病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨肥厚性梗阻性心肌病的经皮室间隔心肌化学消融术治疗疗效。方法选取肥厚型梗阻性心肌病患者(2009年3月至2010年3月)22例,运用经皮室间隔心肌化学消融术对其进行治疗,术后行为期半年的回访,定期对患者进行心电图及超声心动图复查。结果术后患者的病症、体征与超声心动图较术前均有显著改善,肥厚的室间隔心肌均变薄,无严重并发症。结论经皮室间隔心肌化学消融术治疗肥厚型梗阻性心肌病可取得较好的临床疗效,在无重大过失情况下,手术安全、可靠。Objective To explore the the treatment efficacy of percutaneous transluminal septal myocardial ablation on hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy.Methods Selected 22 cases of patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy（Mar 2009-Mar 2010）, using percutaneous transluminal septal myocardial ablation for treatment, did a period of six months follow-up postoperative, periodically reviewed on patients with ECG and echocardiography. Results Compared with preoperative, the symptoms, signs and echocardiography of patients postoperative had significant improvements, septal myocardial hypertrophy became thin, there were no serious complications. Conclusion The treatment of percutaneous transluminal septal myocardial ablation on hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy can achieve better clinical efficacy, without gross negligence, the surgery is safe and reliable.
