急性胆囊炎的手术时机与预后

摘　　要：本文报道了本院近年收治的84例急性胆囊炎患者,其中28例在诊断明确、作好充分术前准备后,积极采取了急诊或早期手术。文章重点对急性胆囊炎的手术时机与预后进了行分析、讨论,认为对于急性胆囊炎患者,不应过分强调先用非手术控制后转为择期手术,若能急诊或早期手术,常能缩短病程,较快缓解此类患者的症状,减轻患者的经济负担和精神负担。84 cases acute cholecystitis patient was reported in this thesis in the recently years in the hospital,among which 28 cases was diagnosed and prepared fully and energetically before the operation,and the surgery was performed either early or on emergency basis.The timing of surgery and prognosis of the acute cholecystitis was analysised and discussed further in the paper.It was considered that acute cholecystitis patient should not emphasised the infectious control by the non-surgical procedure and than consider becoming elective surgery procedure.If we can perform surgery either early or on as needed basis,the course of the disease will be shorten,ease the symptom with quicker recovery in the mean time,relieve the economic and ease of mind in these type of patient.
