皮肤扩张预制皮在四肢大面积瘢痕治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨一种新的在治疗四肢大面积瘢痕治疗方法。方法 20例应用皮肤扩张技术取得"多余"皮肤,将扩张皮肤作为供皮区,扩张后的皮瓣取全厚皮植于瘢痕区,治疗四肢大面积瘢痕。结果病例植皮成活98%,术后皮片收缩程度低于中厚植皮,供皮区瘢痕较隐蔽。结论利用皮肤扩展技术取全厚皮治疗四肢大面积瘢痕是一种合理可靠的方法。Objective To explore a new method in the treatment of limb large area sear. Methods 20 cases of application of tissue expansion techniques to obtain ＂extra＂ skin, the expansion of the skin as a donor site, after expansion of the plant in full-thickness skin flap to take the scar area, a large area of scar treatment limbs. Results 98% of cases of skin graft survival, postoperative skin contraction was lower than in splitthickness skin, the more hidden donor site sear. Conclusion Extension technology to take advantage of fullthickness skin limbs large scar treatment is a reasonable and reliable way.
