活性银离子抗菌液治疗孕妇牙龈炎临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的为评价活性银离子抗菌液治疗孕妇牙龈炎效果。方法 115例孕妇牙龈炎患者根据知情同意原则分为实验、阳性对照、阴性对照3组,每组35人。实验组采用活性银离子抗菌液漱口10ml/次,3次/d,阳性对照组采用1.5%双氧水漱口10ml/次,3次/d,共两周,阴性对照组不采用任何治疗。分别在治疗前后检测菌斑指数PLI、牙龈指数GI、龈沟出血指数SBI并做统计学处理。结果 3组PLI、GI、SBI基线均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后实验组和阳性对照组PLI、GI、SBI均明显下降,实验组与阳性对照组、阴性对照组间比较均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论活性银离子抗菌液治疗孕妇牙龈炎是安全有效的。Objective This study aimed to assess the effect of Active Silver Ion collutorium in the treatment of pregnancy women with gingivitis.Methods Total 115 pregnancy women with gingivitis were equally divided to 3 groups,test group（n=35） were treated with Active Silver Ion collutorium 10 ml three times a day and positive control group（n=35） were treated with 1.5% Hydrogen Peroxide collutorium 10 ml three times a day for two weeks,negative control group（n=35） without any treat method.PLI,DI,SBI in all patients of three groups were detected and made statistical analysis on pre and post treatment.Results At baseline PLI,DI,SBI in three groups there were no statistical differences（P〉0.05）,respectively,after treatment PLI,DI,SBI of decrease in test group and positive control group,but test group compared with control group and negative control group there were significant difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Active Silver Ion collutorium is effect and safe on gingivitis for pregnancy women.
