摘　　要：目的研究UF-500i尿液分析仪在孕妇与正常人尿液分析中各参数阳性率的差异性。方法随机选择100例孕妇的中段尿和100例正常人中段尿,采用全自动尿沉渣分析仪UF500i和干化学分析进行检测,然后显微镜复检,比较其多个参数结果,研究与正常对照组阳性率上的差异。结果 UF-500i尿沉渣分析仪检测在正常人群中白细胞假阳性率为12.7%,红细胞假阳性率为13.9%,管型假阳性率9.3%,结晶假阳性率为15.5%。在孕妇人群中白细胞假阳性率为30.2%,红细胞假阳性率为32.6%,管型假阳性率30.4%,结晶假阳性率为34.2%。结论 UF-500i尿沉渣分析仪在孕妇尿液分析中的各参数假阳性率高于正常对照组,当孕妇尿液病理成分检测结果提示阳性或与干化学检测结果不太相符时,应引起高度重视,结合尿沉渣镜检分析十分重要。Objective Research on the difference by UF-500i urine Analyzer in pregnant women with normal urine analysis.Methods 100 samples of midstream urine were selected at random respectively from both pregnant women and normal persons.They were analyzed with a full-automatic urinary sediment Analyzer UF500i together with dry chemical analysis,and then reanalyzed with a microscope.Results It was found that with UF-500i in the normal sample group the false-positive rate of white blood cells was 12.7%,that of erythrocytes 13.9%,that of pipe 9.3% and that of crystal 15.5%,while in the sample group of pregnant women the false-positive rate of white blood cells was 30.2%,that of erythrocytes 32.6%,that of pipe 30.4% and that of crystal 34.2%.Conclusion It was concluded that with UF-500i analysis the false positive rate of each parameter in the sample group of pregnant women is higher than that in the normal sample group.High attention should be paid to and analysis together with microscopic examination of urinary sediment is very important if the detection of pathological ingredient of pregnant women＇s urine suggests positive or shows inconsistent result with that of dry chemical inspection.
