改良封闭式负压引流技术在治疗外科感染性伤口中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察应用改良封闭式负压引流技术在外科难愈性感染伤口中应用后的效果与总结体会。方法对我科46例难愈性感染性伤口的患者应用改良封闭式负压引流技术方法治疗[1]。结果封闭式负压引流技术在治疗难愈性感染性伤口中治疗效果好。结论改良封闭式负压引流技术对外科难愈性感染性伤口应用中方法灵活,适宜在普通医院及基层医院推广应用。Objective To observe the application of vacuum-assisted closure in surgical refractory wound infection in the effect of application and summary of experience.Methods 46 cases of refractory septic wound patient from our hospital application improvement of vacuum-assisted closure in the treatment.Results vacuum-assisted closure in the treatment of refractory septic wound has good treatment effect.Conclusion Improvement of vacuum-assisted closure on the surgical wound infection is flexible,suitable and popularized in basic and the general hospitals.
