摘　　要：近年来 ,因特网迅猛发展 ,风靡全球。因特网以其广泛性、交互性和经济性等优势 ,将在新闻、广告、节目传输等领域对城市电视造成一系列的冲击波。面临严峻的挑战 ,城市电视应当紧紧抓住因特网带来的机遇 ,加速其光纤化和数字化进程 ,迎来交互电视的新时代 。In recent years, internet has devoloped rapidly throughout the world. Relying on its broadnese, interactioeness and economicalness, internet has been giving a series of impacts to city TV on such aspeets as news, advertwment and programme trarsmission.To enter a new brilliant TV age, city TV should make full use of the opportunity at the Sametime as Confronting with the Challenges of internet, accelerating its digitalised process and the development of interaetwe TV.
