摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定少腹逐瘀丸中芍药苷的含量。方法色谱柱:Agilent HC C18;乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(14∶86)为流动相;检测波长为230nm;柱温为35℃。结果芍药苷在0.06732～1.3464μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;平均回收率(n=6)为103.9%,RSD=1.2%。结论本法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为少腹逐瘀丸的质控方法。Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of paeoniflorin in Shaofuzhuyu Pills.Methods A column of Agilent HC C18 was adopted,and the mobile phase was the mixture of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid（14∶ 86）.The detection wavelength was set at 230nm.The column temperature was 35℃.Results Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.06732~1.3464μg（r=0.9999）.The average recovery（n=6） was 103.9%（RSD=1.2%）.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control of Shaofuzhuyu Pills.
