摘 要:目的采用薄层色谱的方法对比胆木饮片及其3种不同制剂的组分。方法建立薄层层析法分离胆木饮片及其3种不同制剂在同一展开剂下的薄层斑点,比较两者组分的区别。结果与结论该法快捷、简便、结果准确,薄层斑点分离清晰,易于观察;胆木饮片与其两种制剂(胆木浸膏片、胆木浸膏糖浆)组分基本相同,而与胆木注射液的组分略有不同。Objective To compare the components of Fathead Tree and three different fomulations by TLC. Methods The components of Fathead Tree and three different fomulations were separated by TLC in the same developing solvent, and the differences between fomulations were compared. Results and Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate. The spots are clear to be observed. The components are similar between Fathead Tree and the two fomulations (Fathead Tree Extractive Tablet and Fathead Tree Extractive Syrup). However, the components of Fathead Tree Injection is slightly different.
