摘　　要：目的运用NIR对维C银翘片中异性有机物进行检查。方法将收集的5个厂家的20批维C银翘片扫描近红外光谱和显微鉴别后,将法定检验结果与近红外光谱结合,建立应急检验模型。结果用维C银翘片正品的.QCM检验模型对实验室判定为合格与不合格的样品进行检查,准确率达到80%以上。结论建立的应急检验模型具有方法简单、易操作等特点,适用于药品检测车对维C银翘片中异性有机物的快速筛查。Objective To check heterosexual organic in Victoria C Yingqiao Tablets by using near infrared absorption spectrometry. Methods 20 batches of Victoria C Yinqiao Tablets from 5 manufacturers were collected with near infrared spectroscopy and microscopic identification, and emergency inspection model was established through combining the statutory test results with the near infrared spectrometry. Results The QCM test model of authentic Victoria C Yinqiao Tablets for laboratory judged to be qualified and unqualified samples were examined; the accurate rate was more than 80%. Conclusion The established model is simple and easy to operate, which is suitable for rapid screening of heterosexual organic in Victoria C Yingqiao Tablets on drug testing cars.
