摘 要:采用等体积浸渍法,以不同温度焙烧的Al2O3为载体制备Co/Al2O3催化剂,通过N2物理吸附、X射线衍射和程序升温还原等方法对催化剂进行表征,并在固定床反应器中评价催化剂的F-T合成反应性能。结果表明,低温焙烧可获得较大比表面积的Al2O3载体,有利于提高活性组分的分散度,但增强了钴与载体之间的相互作用,降低催化剂活性和选择性。高温焙烧的Al2O3载体有利于提高C5+选择性,尤其是柴油组分的选择性。Using Al2O3 as the supports,(12%)Co/Al2O3 catalysts were prepared at different calcination temperature by incipient wetness impregnation method.The catalysts were characterized by N2 physisorption,XRD,and TPR.The catalytic performance of the catalysts for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis was evaluated in a fixed-bed reactor.The results indicated that when Al2O3 was calcined at lower temperature,the support with higher BET surface area was obtained,which enhanced the dispersivity of cobalt and the interaction between cobalt and Al2O3 support,resulting in the reduction of catalytic activity and selectivity.The catalyst with Al2O3 support calcined at higher temperature showed higher selectivity to C+5 fraction,especially the selectivity to diesel fraction.
