摘  要:能源紧缺和环境问题已成为全世界关注的话题,开发利用可再生的清洁能源备受关注,甘油水溶液催化重整制氢是一条资源利用生态化的工艺路线。分别采用共沉淀法和浸渍法制备了NiCoAl复合氧化物催化剂,并采用XRD、比表面积及热分析等对催化剂进行结构表征,结合甘油液相重整制氢中催化剂活性测试结果表明,共沉淀法制得的NiCoAl复合氧化物催化剂的活性较好,较适宜的焙烧温度为550℃。Great attention to the shortage of energy resources and environmental problems has been paid.Seeking and utilizing renewable and sustainable green energy resources are focused on by human society.It is a technical process of ecological resource utilization to employ glycerol derived from biomass as the raw materials to generate hydrogen by aqueous-phase reforming.For this purpose,NiCoAl complex oxide catalysts were prepared by using co-precipitation and impregnation methods,and the influence of calcination temperature was also investigated.The structural properties of catalysts were characterized by XRD,TG-DTG and BET.The results showed that compared with impregnation method,NiCoAl complex oxide catalyst prepared by co-precipitation method exhibited higher activities for hydrogen production,and the optimum calcination temperature of the catalyst was 550 ℃.
