摘  要:以HZSM-5为晶种,水热条件下考察在高岭土微球上原位晶化合成ZSM-5分子筛的碱硅比、水硅比、晶化时间、晶化温度、晶种投入量和投料硅铝比等合成条件对晶化产物的影响,并对合成的ZSM-5进行了表征。结果表明,在晶化温度170℃、投料硅铝比90~150、晶种投入量10%、碱硅比0.15~0.2和水硅比20的条件下晶化一定时间,在高岭土微球上成功合成出粒径(1~2)μm、结晶度40%的ZSM-5分子筛晶体。Using HZSM-5 as crystal seeds,ZSM-5 molecular sieves were synthesized in situ on kaolin microspheres under hydrothermal crystallization condition.The effects of molar ratio of Na2O to SiO2,molar ratio of H2O to SiO2,crystallization time,crystallization temperature,crystal seed dosage and molar ratio of SiO2 to Al2O3 on in-situ crystallization products were investigated.The as-synthesized ZSM-5 molecular sieves were characterized by XRD and SEM.The results showed that ZSM-5 molecular sieve with particle size of about(1-2) μm and crystallinity of 40% was synthesized successfully on kaolin microspheres under the condition as follows:crystallization temperature 170 ℃,molar ratio of SiO2 to Al2O3 90-150,crystal seed dosage 10%,molar ratio of Na2O to SiO2 0.15-0.2 and molar ratio of H2O to SiO2 20.
