摘　　要：介绍一种新型的旋转吊钩装置。本装置适用于井式炉热处理生产时吊具自动旋转、挂、脱钩作业。该装置的升降和平移由车间天车吊钩来完成,通过吊钩的自动旋转来完成工件的热处理均匀化过程,提高了工件的热处理品质。解决了普通吊钩在热处理不能自动旋转及脱、挂钩功能。A new type of rotating hanger device is introduced in this article.They are used for automatic rotating,hooking and disconnecting for heat treatment in shaft furnace.This device′s hoist and translation are finished by tongs of crane.The products′ heat-treatment quality are greatly improved through hanger′s automatic rotating.Problems of unable automatic rotating,hooking and disconnecting in current practice have been solved by this technique.
