摘 要:采用化学共沉淀法制备出Mn1-xZnxFe2O4(x=0.1,0.2,0.3)磁性颗粒,通过X射线衍射(XRD)测试分析了Mn1-xZnxFe2O4(x=0.1,0.2,0.3)颗粒的结构参数及平均粒径,结果表明制备的样品为锰锌铁氧体纳米粒子。用振动样品磁强计(VSM)测量了样品的饱和磁化强度,对应x=0.1,0.2,0.3分别为25.3、44.4、30.7 emu/g。选用Mn0.8Zn0.2Fe2O4纳米粒子,通过油酸作分散剂,分散到航空煤油中制备出磁性液体样品,研究分析了磁性液体的磁化特性和热磁特性。Mn1-xZnxFe2O4(x=0.1,0.2,0.3) ferrite magnetic particles were prepared by chemical coprecipitation method.The structure and the average particle sizes were determined by X-ray diffraction(XRD) analysis,and it shows that the prepared particles are Mn-Zn ferrite nanoparticles.The saturation magnetization of samples was 25.3 emu/g,44.4 emu/g and 30.7 emu/g for x=0.1,0.2 and 0.3,respectively,and which were measured by vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM).Mn0.8Zn0.2Fe2O4 nanoparticles were used for ferrofluid preparation,which were suitably dispersed in aviation kerosene using oleic acid as the surfactant.Saturation magnetization and thermomagnetic properties of the ferrofluids were measured and discussed.
