摘 要:以LaCl3.7H2O和Na2S2O3.5H2O为前驱物,采用微波水热法制备La2S3微晶,研究了溶液pH值对产物相组成及显微结构的影响。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-vis)以及室温光致发光光谱(PL)对La2S3微晶进行了表征。结果表明:在溶液pH值为3~8时,产物物相为β-La2S3;La2S3微晶为由纳米片自组装的结构;所制备的La2S3微晶具有较强的紫外吸收特性;La2S3微晶在紫外光的激发下有较好的蓝绿光发射性能。Using LaCl3·7H2O and Na2S2O3·5H2O as precursor,La2S3 crystallites were prepared by microwave hydrothermal method.The influences of solution pH value on the phase compositions,surface morphologies of the La2S3 crystallites were investigated.The obtained La2S3 crystallites were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),ultraviolet and visible spectroscopy(UV-vis) and room-temperature photoluminescence spectroscopy(PL).The results indicated that β-La2S3 could be obtained as the pH changed from 3 to 8.The morphology of prepared La2S3 self-assembled by a large number of nanosheet structure;the obtained La2S3 crystallites have excellent absorbency of ultraviolet light;La2S3 crystallites exhibit stable blue-green photoluminescence properties under the ultraviolet light excitation at room temperature.
